Art Le Café: Terms of service
We appreciate you for choosing to book with Art Le Cafe. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
1. Price: The price includes only accommodation charges. Breakfast is optional. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as snacks, meals, telephone, soft drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: Gpay/Paytm/Phonepay, cash, debit cards, credit cards. Credit cards incur 2.5% surcharge.
2.Cancellation Policy: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for booking less than five days is that any cancellations should be given with 48 hours’ notice prior to the stay. For any booking over five days, it will incur one night deposit charge which is non-refundable.
3.Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund the entire amount paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
4.Check-in time: Chek-in time is from 6.00am to 10.00pm unless any special request made due to any unavoidable circumstances, in such situations the hotel management should be informed well in advance. Accommodation charges must be cleared 100% up on arrival.
5.Check-out time: Guests are requested to check-out by 1pm on the respective dates of end of booking, unless otherwise extended. Any food bill, laundry bill or any extras must be cleared on the same day of availing such amenities.
6.Damages, Breakages, left behinds or any Key lost: Please take atmost care of our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair. The room key(if) lost will incur INR800 charge for a replacement.
7.Liability: Management is not responsible for any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
8.Parking: We provide free parking inside the Guest House premises (based on availability/first come first basis) to our guests at their own risk.
9.Internet Access: Our Guest house is Wi-Fi enabled. As the service is beyond our control, we could not guarantee the internet access quality/stability on any given day.
10: Smoking/Alcohol: All common areas/amenities inside the guesthouse premises are smoke free and alcohol-free zones. Guests are requested to adhere to the same and respect fellow guests.
11: Pets: Pets are not permitted in the guesthouse premises.
