1. What does the booking Charges include?
The Booking charges includes only accommodation charges. It does not include any extras like food, soft drinks, or laundry etc.

2. what is the permissible time limit to cancel a booking?
The minimum permissible time limit for any cancellation of a booking is 48 hours prior to stay.

3. What If the room is not available even after booking (if paid in advance)?
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund the entire amount paid by you.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

4. Can I pay the pending accommodation charges on the day of check-out?
We request you to pay the accommodation charges 100% up on arrival.

4. What is the permissible Check-in time?  
Our Check-in time is from 6.00am to 10.00pm unless any special request made due to an unavoidable circumstances, in such situations the hotel management should be informed well in advance.

5. What is the permissible Check-out time?
Guests are requested to check-out by 1pm on the respective dates of end of booking, unless otherwise extended.

6.What in case of any damages or if I lost the room key or any belongings?

8. Are there any parking facilities in the premises? 
We provide free parking inside the Guest House premises (based on availability/first come first basis) to our guests at their own risk.

9. Do I get free Wi-Fi access?
Yes, Our Guest house is Wi-Fi enabled. As the service is beyond our control, we could not guarantee the internet access quality/stability on any given day.

10: Can I Smoke or drink Alcohol in the guest house premises? 
All common areas/amenities inside the guesthouse premises are smoke free and alcohol-free zones.

11: Can I bring my Pets?
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, Pets are not permitted in the guesthouse premises. Please refer to our terms of service for detailed information.
