Is the ₹500 advance refundable?
Yes, if you cancel on or before the day before check-in. The ₹500 is returned to the same UPI account. If you do not arrive and did not cancel by then, the ₹500 is kept.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. A courtyard pool for guests, open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. Swimwear only (no cotton).
Is breakfast included?
Yes. South Indian and continental breakfast is included with the room. The cafe is on the property.

How many rooms are there?
23 named rooms for 2 to 10 guests: doubles, family rooms and a 10-bed group room. Breakfast is included.
Do you host groups?
Yes. Retreats, workshops, and colleges. Tell us the dates and the size of the group and we will reply with room combinations. Shambhala, the 10-bed dormitory, is for groups only.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Most rooms have air conditioning. A few are fan only. Check the room page, or ask the desk.
Can I book one dormitory bed?
Dormitory rooms such as Shambhala are booked for a group, not as a single bed. Message the desk to check.
What about pets?
