Cancellation & refund
The ₹500 advance, and when it comes back.
This applies only to the ₹500 UPI hold paid by Indian guests. The rest of the stay is paid at the desk.
Returned if you cancel in time
Cancel on or before the day before check-in and the ₹500 is returned to the same UPI account. Message WhatsApp +91 98400 45444 or email [email protected] with the guest name and the booking number. The desk sends the refund after it matches the payment.
Kept if you do not arrive
If you do not arrive, and you did not cancel by the day before check-in, the ₹500 is kept. It is not applied to a later stay unless the desk agrees in writing.
The rest of the bill
International guests do not pay this advance. Everyone pays the balance of the room at the desk. A night you have already stayed is not refunded. Check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:59 AM.
