Indian guests may hold a room with a ₹500 UPI payment. That hold stays pending until the desk confirms it. Other guests pay at the desk on arrival. The balance of the stay is settled at the desk.

The ₹500 is returned if you cancel on or before the day before check-in. It is kept if you do not arrive. The full rule is on the refund page.

Check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:59 AM.

A complimentary South Indian and continental breakfast is included with every room and dorm bed, whether you book directly or through an OTA. Ask at reception for the serving time, which can shift for a group.

Open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Free when you book directly with Art Le Cafe. Booked through an OTA, pool access is ₹300 per guest, per day. There is no lifeguard. Pool use is at your own risk. Children must be with a responsible adult. The full rules are on the pool page.

Rates are per night and may not include taxes, seasonal changes, or a group discount. Photos are of the property; decor can vary by the room assigned. Groups of 10 or more, up to about 80 guests, are arranged directly. Shambhala is a 10-bed dormitory for groups only.
